We have placed 12 temperature loggers on disturbance patches in the forests of the Fichtelgebirge. The data will contribute to a distributed monitoring project across Germany lead by Katja Kowalski and Cornelius Senf at TUM, which will provide insights on the temperature development in fores landscapes in response to increasing forest disturbances.
